What's your cancellation policy? +
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee to cover our cleaner's time. We'll always try to be flexible where we can.
Do I need to supply cleaning products? +
No — our cleaners bring all their own professional-grade products and equipment. If you have specific products you'd prefer used in your home, just let us know when booking.
What if I'm not happy with the clean? +
We offer a full satisfaction guarantee. If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll send someone back to fix it at no extra charge — no questions asked.
