Do I need to be home during the clean? +
No. Many of our customers just leave access instructions in the booking notes. Every cleaner is background-checked and insured, so you're in safe hands either way.
Do you bring products and equipment? +
Yes, our cleaners bring professional-grade products and equipment. If you'd prefer specific products used in your home, mention it when booking and we'll use yours.
How do the recurring discounts work? +
Weekly saves 30%, fortnightly 20%, and monthly 10%, applied from your second clean onwards. Your first clean is at the standard rate. Select a frequency in the quote tool and the discounted price shows before you book.
What if I'm not happy with the clean? +
Contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the areas you're not happy with, free of charge. Full details are in our terms.
Are pets a problem? +
Not at all, most of our customers have pets. Just let us know in the booking notes so your cleaner knows what to expect on arrival.
